  • Ensure that the register is secure at all times when left unattended; protect the company’s assets at all times.
  • Equipment should be used and maintained in good working order. Report any malfunctions or problems immediately.
  • Regularly and continuously maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations.
  • Be familiar with, and distinguish between, all of the types of produce merchandise carried in the store, including the differences between varieties of similar classes of products (e.g., apples, lettuces, etc.).

Hannaford Hiring Process
