Operations Executive Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field.
  • Management, operations, and leadership experience.
  • An understanding of finance and budgeting, including cash flow management, profits and losses, and balance sheets.
  • Possess the ability to establish consensus among partners, managers, and employees.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent financial management skills.
